We are so excited for Easter this year as we are launching our first ever Easter egg collection! Easter is a time for sharing, gifting and indulging in lots of chocolatey goodness and we don’t think anyone should have to miss out on the fun, so this year we are bringing you our dairy free, vegan, gluten free, Easter eggs! Nut butters .. We're addicted!

Every kitchen cupboard must have at least one kind of nut butter right? We think so, and can’t let a day pass without eating a spoonful of the stuff.  One of the most common comfort foods amongst the Theobroma team is our handmade almond butter on toast, topped with banana slices; what a treat! The reason we feel our nut butters are a cut above the rest is because of their liberation from all those illegible added ingredients that commercial products notoriously contain. Our Golden Milk (and why we love it)

As is always the case with Maltese winters, we like to feel as though it is the "coldest in recorded history".  We're not sure if this is the case but it has certainly taken a turn for the chilly in recent weeks. What more could one want than to be warmed to the core by a cup of goodness? What makes most desserts unhealthy? Most people think just about calories when it comes to unhealthy eating, especially desserts. But actually calorie counting can be a very misleading way of understanding whether something is good for your body or not, and even of whether it will help us loose weight.
